Thank you for considering admission to Desert Willow Family School! Desert Willow no longer uses an in-house process for admission. To enter your student into the lottery tumble for admission, all new families must both (1) apply for a transfer via APS ParentVue and (2) attend an in-person informational meeting.

Open Houses: 

• Dates for the upcoming school year are coming soon.

Lottery Tumble:

• In order to be in the lottery tumble, you must apply for a transfer through APS ParentVue.
• Transfers for upcoming 2025-26 will remain open through July 31 2025.
• APS makes offers for tranfers monthly as spots become available.

Admissions for the 2026 - 27 School Year

The Admissions process at Desert Willow Family School is a multi-step process:

1. Update: We are transitioning to APS's new transfer system. We will post instructions on how to apply as soon as the transition is complete. In the meantime, please complete this interest form for updates.
2. Attendance at a Desert Willow informtaional meeting is mandatory for your transfer request to be complete. We will announce meeting dates soon. You'll be the first to be invited if you complete our interest form.
3. Transfer requests for the 2026-27 school year open in October 2025.
