We are now accepting applications for 2025-26 School Year Lottery!

Thank you for considering admission to Desert Willow Family School! To enter your student into our lottery for admission, you must both (1) submit an application and (2) attend an in-person informational meeting.  We also invite you to attend an upcoming Open House.

Mandatory Informational Meeting: Jan 27^th, 5:00pm or Feb 18^th, 5:00pm

Upcoming Open Houses: Nov 20^th 2024 , 8:30am - 2:00pm; Jan 29^th 8:30am - 2:00pm; Feb 20^th 8:30am - 2:00pm

Upcoming Lottery Draws:

• Kindergarten lottery draw begins Friday, February 28th
• 1st - 6th lottery draw begins Monday, March 10th

2025 - 2026 School Year: Lottery Process for Admissions

The Admissions process at Desert Willow Family School is a multi-step process:

1. We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year! Please use this link.
2. Applications for new students are accepted for those entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. No new students are admitted in the 7th and 8th grades.
3. Attendance at an Informational Meeting is mandatory to consider your application for placement (please see dates above). Applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to an informational meeting.
4. If you have submitted an application to our school and attended an informational meeting, your family will automatically be entered into the lottery.
5. If classes are full, applications are held for inclusion in the next lottery draw. We draw from the lottery whenever positions become open throughout the spring and summer. Parents are then notified as openings become available.
6. If your application is NOT pulled for placement, your family will be contacted to see if you would like to have your application moved over to the following school year. If NO contact has been made, those applications will then be purged from the waitlist.
